WE 25 November

Posted on November 27th, 2016 by Eagle Class

Another busy week this week.  We were visited by members of staff from John Lewis who spoke about Dementia, the causes and how to deal with issues and circumstances concerning Dementia.

All the school took part in a skipping workshop which was enjoyed by all, including the staff.  Congratulations to Katie for being champion of the pupils in the school, 204 skips in 2 minutes, unfortunately I (157) was pipped to the post by Miss Langley-Higgs (197) who was the staff champion.  The skipping ropes and bounce back balls will be on sale from Tuesday, please pay on the school system.

We also completed a Maths investigation about squared numbers, and wrote instructions of ‘How to make a paper plane’ which we will be trying to follow each others instructions this week.

This week, on Tuesday the Governors will be visiting all day.  They will be talking to the Head Girl and Boy, the school council, and also visiting the classrooms.

On Friday it is ‘Wear your funky socks day’, who will have the brightest, funniest, funkiest socks!!!
