Miss Budwig is with us for 3 more weeks. It is great to have such a fantastic teacher supporting Robin class this term. During this time Miss Budwig has lots of activities planned for the children that she will be teaching .

Our Topic

In English we are coming towards the end of our Story with Maisie. We will be writing our own versions using the original story to help us. We will be learning another story after that and then start our Teddy Bears’ Picnic topic. In our picnic topic we will be researching recipes thinking about locality, continuing to visit the garden and making food for our picnic. We will be making lists, writing invitations and making games we can play on our picnic. We will be making the decorations for their picnic too.

We will also be taking part in a whole school international day. The children will be visiting different classrooms to learn about different countries. This is being organised with the support of Madame Lawson who will be with our Class every Tuesday Morning for our weekly French session.
