This term, we changed our reward system. Instead of house points, children are rewarded for outstanding work or attitude with a token which they then donate to one of 3 charities. The winning Charity this term is Guide Dogs UK and they will receive £50. We are so proud of each and every child and just look at all the tokens that have been awarded. They are a huge credit to us and to you.
Thank you to St. Helens for their support and guidance in creating our amazing mural in our library. The children designed the images and then went to St. Helens to create their visions in their Art department. Here is the final result…
KS1 were very lucky with the weather and were able to take part in a Multi-Skills Tournament. Other schools from the local area joined us and a great day was had by all. The children were supported by our Year 6 children who were excellent role models and encouraged the children to do their best.
All the children took part in a variety of activities in their house teams for Sports Afternoon. It was a chance for all the children to mix and show their support for each other. It was lovely to see so many parents and carers come along to support the teams. The winning house was Yellow House who hold the House Cup for the second year running.
