We have had a fantastic day celebrating our mind and body!
The day began with a yoga session with Swift class followed by some Fitter Futures where we worked on our core muscles!
After break we read ‘Have you filled a bucket today?’ and thought about how we could all be bucket fillers! Then we played Sun in the centre and told other children what we liked about them. We also had to go and write on children’s flowers things we liked about them.
Next we made mindfulness jars to help us when we want to feel calm as well as decorating smiley face biscuits!
To end our well being day we enjoy some fun outside in the sunshine with Nightingales playing tennis, football, Frisbee and golf to name a few things!
